This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct on-site diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Manage breakdowns, service calls, and scheduled tasks at customer sites.
• Work on engines, brakes, suspension, electrical systems, emissions systems, and more.
• Clearly communicate with dispatch and customers to ensure efficient job completion.
• Accurately document work through our service system.
• A degree or diploma in mechanical or automotive engineering.
• ASE Diesel Certification is a plus.
• A valid driver's license.
• Extensive knowledge of diesel engine components.
• Strong diagnostic abilities.
• Physically capable of lifting 75+ pounds.
• Proficient with maintenance and repair tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal communication abilities.
• Good organizational skills.
• Maintaining detailed records of serviced vehicles.
• Following an inspection procedure checklist.
• Managing a parts inventory.
• Ensuring the shop remains clean.
