Mobile Device Data Collection, Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Capture brief, one-sided phone conversations in Spanish to assist in developing natural voice AI.

• Envision calls to a bank, telecommunications provider, or retailer using fictional information.

• Conduct solo calls on a secure platform, pausing at points where the agent would typically reply.

• Provide basic metadata post each call.

• Complete 4–10 sessions that have been approved through QA for compensation.

• Adhere to project guidelines and demographic quota requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a native Spanish speaker.

• Age 18 or older.

• Ability to read and follow brief instructions in Spanish.

• Must possess an iPhone 17, 17 Air, 17 Pro, or 17 Pro Max.

• Have a quiet indoor environment suitable for recording.

• Capable of completing 4–10 calls, each lasting between 1–2 minutes (maximum 5 minutes).

• Able to space out calls: no more than 3 per day, with at least 3 hours in between, at varied times over several days.

• Comfortable with improvising a natural, unscripted call while following a 6-step process.

• Will only use fictitious names and account or order numbers.

• Must be willing to be recorded, provide consent for recording, sign an NDA, and comply with project guidelines.
