Mobile Device Data Collection, Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Record brief, one-sided phone conversations in Spanish for Project Melora.

• Conduct solo calls on a secure platform, pausing at points where the agent would typically respond.

• Simulate calls to banks, telecommunications companies, or retailers using fictitious details.

• Submit basic metadata following each call.

• Complete 4 to 10 QA-approved sessions to receive payment.

• Adhere to demographic quotas, project guidelines, and a first-come, first-served process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a native Spanish speaker.

• Age 18 or older.

• Ability to read and follow brief instructions in Spanish.

• Must own an iPhone 17, 17 Air, 17 Pro, or 17 Pro Max.

• Have access to a quiet indoor space for recording.

• Capable of completing 4 to 10 calls, with each lasting 1 to 2 minutes (maximum of 5 minutes).

• Able to space out calls with no more than 3 per day, ensuring at least 3 hours between them, at various times over multiple days.

• Comfortable with improvising a natural, unscripted call following a 6-step flow.

• Will use only fictitious names and account or order numbers.

• Must be willing to be recorded, provide recorded consent, sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), and adhere to project guidelines.
