Mobile Device Data Collection – German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Record brief, one-sided phone conversations in German for Project Melora.

• Picture yourself calling a bank, telecom provider, or retailer for help, speaking naturally with fictional details.

• Conduct solo calls on a secure platform, pausing at moments where the agent would typically respond.

• Submit basic metadata following each call.

• Complete 4–10 calls, with QA-approved sessions eligible for compensation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a native German speaker, aged 18 or older.

• Ability to read and follow concise instructions in German.

• Must possess an iPhone 17, 17 Air, 17 Pro, or 17 Pro Max.

• Have a quiet indoor environment for recording purposes.

• Able to complete 4–10 calls, each lasting 1–2 minutes (maximum of 5 minutes).

• Calls should be spaced out: no more than 3 per day, with at least 3 hours in between, and at varied times over several days.

• Comfortable with improvising a natural, unscripted conversation following a six-step flow.

• Only use fictitious names and account or order numbers during the calls.

• Must consent to being recorded, provide recorded consent, sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), and adhere to project guidelines.
