Mobile Developer, Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop user interfaces for Android and iOS based on designs provided in Figma.

• Integrate screens with REST APIs using JSON.

• Ensure smooth performance, excellent user experience, and cross-platform compatibility.

• Manage code using version control systems (Git).

• Implement best programming practices: clean, modular, and maintainable code.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Serve as a communication bridge between clients/business and the development team.

• Conduct functional testing and collaborate with QA on validations.

• Document requirements and maintain clear, traceable user stories.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

• 2 to 3 years of combined experience in mobile application development and/or digital product management (Product Owner, Scrum Master, Project Manager, Business Analyst). Dual experience (technical + functional) is particularly valued.

• Proficiency in Android Studio (Kotlin or Java).

• Proficiency in Xcode (Swift; SwiftUI is desirable).

• Experience with Flutter.

• Familiarity with consuming RESTful services and managing asynchronous data flows.

• Experience with local storage solutions (SharedPreferences, CoreData, SQLite).

• Knowledge of Git and agile methodologies.

• Experience working with designs in Figma.

• Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Experience in backlog management, user stories, and prioritization.

• Proficiency in management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar).

• Ability to facilitate agile ceremonies.

• Effective communication with stakeholders and clients across multiple countries.

• Experience in functional QA and validation of deliverables.
