Mobile Developer – Android

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Create and develop sophisticated native applications for the Android platform utilizing Kotlin.

• Emphasize superior performance and outstanding user experience across a diverse range of devices.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers and backend developers, to establish and launch new features.

• Detect and resolve bottlenecks and bugs to enhance application stability and responsiveness.

• Apply thorough testing methodologies, including unit, integration, and UI tests, to guarantee code reliability.

• Keep abreast of the latest Android development trends and emerging technologies to optimize development productivity.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth expertise in Kotlin along with a solid understanding of Java.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the Android SDK and Android Studio.

• Established experience with MVVM or Clean Architecture design patterns.

• Skilled in integrating RESTful APIs using libraries such as Retrofit or OkHttp.

• Practical experience with Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, Flow, and Room Database.

• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD processes.

• Strong application of Material Design guidelines.

• Proficient in spoken English at an advanced level.

• Proficient in Spanish at an advanced level.
