• Develop and deploy Android features utilizing Kotlin.

• Design seamless mobile experiences for insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and financial services.

• Collaborate with product and design teams to streamline intricate user journeys.

• Integrate backend APIs while ensuring that mobile flows are stable, secure, and dependable.

• Enhance application performance, reduce crash rates, and optimize loading states, responsiveness, and memory usage.

• Leverage analytics, user behavior, and production challenges to refine the product.

• Create AI-enhanced mobile experiences only when they genuinely enhance the user journey.

• Over 3 years of experience in Android development using Kotlin.

• Solid understanding of Android fundamentals and a track record of delivering production apps.

• Proficient in Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and modern Android architecture.

• Strong awareness of mobile UX, usability, edge cases, and user flows.

• Experience with REST API integration and troubleshooting production issues.

• Quick execution, a high degree of ownership, and a keen focus on product quality.

• Providing app links, GitHub repositories, screenshots, or examples of completed work is a significant advantage.

• English serves as our primary working language across global teams, making strong English communication essential.
