📋 Description

• Develop and deploy Android features utilizing Kotlin.

• Design seamless mobile experiences for insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and financial services.

• Collaborate with product and design teams to streamline intricate user journeys.

• Integrate backend APIs, ensuring that mobile processes are stable, secure, and dependable.

• Enhance application performance, reduce crash rates, optimize loading states, responsiveness, and memory consumption.

• Leverage analytics, user behavior insights, and production challenges to refine the product.

• Create AI-assisted mobile experiences only when they truly enhance the user journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Android development with Kotlin.

• Solid foundation in Android principles and a track record of delivering production applications.

• Strong proficiency in Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and contemporary Android architecture.

• Deep understanding of mobile user experience, usability, edge cases, and user flows.

• Experience in integrating REST APIs and troubleshooting production issues.

• Quick execution, high accountability, and a keen eye for product quality.

• Having app links, GitHub repositories, screenshots, or examples of completed work is a significant advantage.
