• Develop and deploy Android features utilizing Kotlin.

• Design seamless mobile experiences for insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and financial services.

• Collaborate with product and design teams to streamline intricate user journeys.

• Integrate backend APIs and guarantee that mobile workflows are stable, secure, and dependable.

• Enhance application performance, minimize crash rates, optimize loading states, responsiveness, and manage memory usage effectively.

• Leverage analytics, user behavior, and production challenges to refine the product.

• Create AI-assisted mobile experiences only when they significantly enhance the user journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Android development with a focus on Kotlin.

• Solid understanding of Android fundamentals and a track record of shipping production-ready applications.

• Proficient in Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and modern Android architecture.

• Strong awareness of mobile UX, usability, edge cases, and user flows.

• Experience in integrating REST APIs and resolving production issues.

• Quick execution, a strong sense of ownership, and a keen attention to product quality.

• Providing app links, GitHub repositories, screenshots, or examples of completed work will be a significant advantage.
