• Develop and launch Android features utilizing Kotlin.

• Design seamless mobile experiences for insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and financial services.

• Collaborate with product and design teams to streamline intricate user journeys.

• Connect backend APIs and guarantee that mobile flows remain stable, secure, and dependable.

• Enhance app performance, reduce crash rates, manage loading states, improve responsiveness, and optimize memory usage.

• Leverage analytics, user behavior, and production challenges to refine the product.

• Create AI-enhanced mobile experiences solely when they significantly enhance the user journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Android development using Kotlin.

• Strong foundation in Android fundamentals with experience in delivering production applications.

• Solid understanding of Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and contemporary Android architecture.

• Keen awareness of mobile UX, usability, edge cases, and user flows.

• Proficient in integrating REST APIs and troubleshooting production issues.

• Quick execution, a high level of ownership, and a strong focus on product quality.

• App links, GitHub repositories, screenshots, or examples of completed work are highly advantageous.
