📋 Description

• Develop and deploy Android features utilizing Kotlin.

• Design seamless mobile experiences for insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and financial services.

• Collaborate with product and design teams to streamline intricate user pathways.

• Integrate backend APIs while ensuring that mobile workflows are stable, secure, and dependable.

• Enhance application performance, reduce crash rates, improve loading states, responsiveness, and memory efficiency.

• Leverage analytics, user behavior, and production challenges to refine the product.

• Create AI-driven mobile experiences only in areas where they authentically enhance the user journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Android development using Kotlin.

• Solid understanding of Android fundamentals and demonstrated experience delivering production applications.

• Proficient in Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and contemporary Android architecture.

• Strong awareness of mobile user experience, usability, edge cases, and user flows.

• Experience with REST API integration and troubleshooting production issues.

• Quick execution, a high level of ownership, and meticulous attention to product quality.

• Providing app links, GitHub repositories, screenshots, or examples of completed projects is highly advantageous.
