Mobile Application Developer – AI Finance Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Develop and deliver Android features utilizing Kotlin.

• Design seamless mobile workflows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and financial services.

• Collaborate with product and design teams to streamline intricate user journeys.

• Integrate backend APIs while ensuring that mobile workflows remain stable, secure, and dependable.

• Enhance app performance, reduce crash rates, improve loading states, responsiveness, and optimize memory usage.

• Leverage analytics, user behavior, and production challenges to refine the product.

• Create AI-enhanced mobile experiences only when they genuinely enhance the user journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Android development using Kotlin.

• Strong understanding of Android fundamentals and a proven track record of delivering production apps.

• Proficient in Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and contemporary Android architecture.

• Excellent sense of mobile UX, usability, edge cases, and user flows.

• Experience in integrating REST APIs and troubleshooting production issues.

• Quick execution, a sense of ownership, and a keen attention to product quality.

• Having app links, GitHub profiles, screenshots, or examples of completed projects is a significant advantage.
