Mobile Application Developer – AI Finance Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Develop and deploy Android features utilizing Kotlin.

• Design seamless mobile experiences for insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and financial services.

• Collaborate with product and design teams to streamline intricate user journeys.

• Integrate backend APIs while ensuring that mobile flows remain stable, secure, and dependable.

• Enhance app performance, reduce crash rates, improve loading states, responsiveness, and memory management.

• Leverage analytics, user behavior insights, and production challenges to refine the product.

• Create AI-enhanced mobile experiences only when they authentically enhance the user journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Android development with Kotlin.

• Solid understanding of Android fundamentals and a track record of delivering production applications.

• Proficient in Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and modern Android architecture.

• Strong awareness of mobile UX, usability, edge cases, and user flows.

• Experience with REST API integration and troubleshooting production problems.

• Quick execution, a strong sense of ownership, and meticulous attention to product quality.

• Having app links, GitHub repositories, screenshots, or examples of completed work is a significant advantage.
