Mobile App Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance our two React Native mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.

• Assist in reviewing, designing, and implementing the overall architecture of our mobile applications.

• Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, firmware engineers, and QA teams to bring features from concept to deployment.

• Integrate Bluetooth (BLE) APIs to facilitate device configuration through the installer app.

• Work together on API integration for real-time energy data, settings management, and device control capabilities.

• Produce robust, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code.

• Detect and address performance bottlenecks, bugs, and UI/UX discrepancies.

• Engage in regular code reviews and contribute to establishing best practices within the mobile team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience utilizing React Native in production applications.

• Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Experience in building and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications (iOS and Android).

• Knowledge of Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) integrations in React Native or a willingness to learn.

• Experience in integrating RESTful APIs and managing asynchronous data flows.

• Familiarity with version control using Git and standard CI/CD processes (e.g., CircleCI).

• Proven ability to deliver clean user interfaces and adhere to user experience best practices.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
