Mobile App Deployment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Sales team during pre-sales activities to effectively assess mobile deployment needs.

• Facilitate deployment planning discussions with customer IT departments and project teams.

• Suggest the most suitable supported deployment model for mobile applications.

• Establish expectations regarding timelines, necessary assets, approvals, and customer responsibilities throughout the deployment process.

• Configure customer application builds within Firstup's Starship system.

• Oversee iOS and Android submissions via their respective platforms.

• Organize regular custom app releases and manage any review rejections.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with Apple App Store Connect, covering certificates, provisioning profiles, TestFlight, submissions, and managing rejections.

• Practical experience with Google Play Console, including release management, Play Store listings, Data Safety, Content Rating, and adherence to policies.

• Familiarity with MDM/MAM concepts at a conversational level, enabling discussions on enterprise mobile deployment strategies with customer IT administrators.

• Knowledge of enterprise mobile distribution frameworks, such as Apple Business Manager and Managed Google Play.

• Strong technical configuration abilities with a keen eye for detail.

• Capacity to assess customer deployment needs and recommend the most suitable supported deployment model.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for both technical and business audiences.

• Proficient in working within macOS, including CSR creation, certificate management, IPA re-signing, and file management.

• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple simultaneous deployments and release timelines.
