ML Ops Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess existing pipelines, data architecture, and machine learning workflows, creating a prioritized and well-reasoned plan for necessary changes.

• Develop data and machine learning systems grounded in customer requirements and designed for longevity.

• Redesign and strengthen pipelines, enhance data architecture, and implement direct fixes.

• Elevate standards for observability, reliability, and data quality by establishing best practices and patterns for the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience at the staff or principal level in MLOps, data engineering, or ML platform/infrastructure.

• Proven ability to engage with complex, rapidly evolving systems, identify core issues, and significantly enhance their performance.

• Strong capability in systems design: adept at converting customer and product needs into robust, scalable architecture.

• Truly hands-on: equally proficient in coding to implement solutions as well as in drafting design documentation.

• Extensive experience in building and managing production data pipelines and machine learning workflows at scale.

• Proficient with the contemporary data and machine learning stack and the cloud infrastructure that supports it.
