This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Evaluation of construction projects to meet high Vamo standards

• Primary contact for clients after project completion

• Diagnosis and analysis of customer concerns

• Manage complex cases internally and drive issue resolution

• Contribute to the development of a professional aftersales process

⛳️ Requirements

• Trained systems mechanic (m/f/d) in SHK (or comparable)

• Solid experience in heat pump technology and customer service

• Technical understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems in heat pump installations

• Strong communication skills for client interactions

• IT affinity and enthusiasm for modern tools (CRM, remote monitoring)
