This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Assist in PMMP planning, documentation, and analysis tasks under the supervision of the PMMP supervisor and designated mentor.
• Work collaboratively with PMMP team members and cross-functional stakeholders to address maintenance planning requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
• Aid in the development of project plans, action trackers, schedules, and progress updates.
• Contribute to the preparation and assessment of PMMP plans, Technical Assistance Job Reports, eSSPINST review packages, updates to the Required Document List, and other relevant documentation.
• Conduct quality control reviews in accordance with work instructions, checklists, templates, and customer specifications.
• Analyze maintenance data, spot trends, document issues, and assist in creating summary reports or leadership briefs.
• Familiarize yourself with PMMP-related systems and tools.
• Identify risks, process deficiencies, and improvement opportunities, and share your insights.
• Engage in team meetings, collaborative sessions, and coaching discussions.
• Acquire hands-on experience as you transition into an entry-level Engineering Technologist position.
• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage projects, and adjust to shifting priorities.
• Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to interact with and present to employees and leaders across all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Must qualify for a DoW SkillBridge fellowship in accordance with DoD Instruction 1322.29.
• Must be within the last 180 days of active duty military service.
• Expected to receive an honorable discharge.
• Approval from unit commander or chain of command is required.
