Mission Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Acts as a Product Manager within the Navy Domain.

• Works closely with Navy Tech Leads to develop a technical roadmap for Mission Outcomes alongside Mission Heroes.

• Aligns the Product Roadmaps of Defense Unicorns with the technical roadmap for your Hero.

• Shares and facilitates feedback from the Delivery segment to the Product segment.

• Collaborates with Tech Leads to create a cohesive Delivery roadmap.

• Adheres to company best practices for developing Delivery solutions.

• Balances priorities among users, customers, stakeholders, and the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen and possess an active SECRET clearance.

• Adept at translating pain points into root cause issues.

• Well-versed in modern software development processes and practices.

• Proven experience in managing cross-functional engineering teams.

• Capable of effective expectation management across diverse personas.

• Demonstrated experience and enthusiasm for software delivery aimed at achieving Mission Success.

• Should possess sufficient technical understanding to grasp architectural decisions.
