This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Enhance Meta advertising campaigns by utilizing downstream metrics, scaling successful ads while discontinuing those that underperform.
• Collaborate with missions to develop and publish high-intent advertisements, guiding creative choices through performance analytics.
• Identify and resolve backend and frontend referral contact issues to boost contact success rates.
• Integrate and validate lead flows into the Preach My Gospel App (previously known as Area Book App).
• Assist referral secretaries and social media leaders in improving execution and consistency in referral responses across missions.
• Work with team members to ensure prompt, high-quality support across various missions.
• Conduct weekly planning sessions and report essential insights, priorities, and trends in performance.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking both Spanish and English.
• Strong analytical abilities; capable of distilling complex information into clear insights.
• Proactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented in fast-paced settings.
• Competent in managing multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly with senior leadership.
• Proficient in using Messenger, WhatsApp, Zoom, and other online communication platforms.
• Proven ability in training and instructional tasks.
• Capable of planning and achieving goals as outlined in *Preach My Gospel* chapter 8.
• Completed full-time missionary service.
• Possesses and maintains a current temple recommend.
• Availability to consistently work 20 hours per week.
• When taking personal leave, limit to no more than 10 consecutive business days off.
• Native Spanish speaker is preferred.
• Experience in publishing and optimizing ads using Meta Ads Manager is preferred.
• Background as a social media leader, referral secretary, or a similar missionary social media role is preferred.
• Knowledge of direct-response marketing best practices is preferred.
• Strong academic performance or progress towards a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• A creative portfolio (video, photo, design, etc.) is preferred.
• Only members of the Church who are worthy of a temple recommend are eligible for employment.
