Military Health Business Process Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive project roadmaps that convert organizational strategies into actionable and measurable tasks.

• Ensure that initiatives are in alignment with the company's vision, objectives, and priorities.

• Evaluate existing workflows, identify inefficiencies and challenges, and implement data-driven solutions to optimize processes.

• Assist the Program Manager in contract execution, ensuring that project requirements are fulfilled on schedule and to specified standards.

• Monitor project performance against predefined Key Process Indicators (KPIs).

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Military Health strategic communications, public relations, corporate communications, or a comparable field.

• Familiarity with the Defense Health Agency (DHA), MHS Genesis, or other military health IT systems.

• Demonstrated proficiency in stakeholder engagement and management, including collaboration with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting problems, building partnerships, tracking vendor deliverables, and promoting teamwork to achieve organizational objectives.

• Experience in managing vendor relationships, evaluating vendor deliverables, and ensuring alignment with project requirements.

• Strong expertise in preparing executive-level briefings, white papers, and Reports to Congress for General Officers and Senior Executive Service (SES) leaders.

• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), collaboration tools (SharePoint, ServiceNow, Jira/Confluence), and modeling software (Visio, Power BI, Excel).
