Migration Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Spearhead Vault R&D migrations by expertly managing the smooth transition of document content and object data from legacy systems into Vault.

• Collaborate with customers throughout the extract, transform, and load (ETL) process to guarantee accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

• Enhance team growth by sharing best practices, insights gained, and effective methodologies.

• Foster innovation in migration tools and process design, offering guidance on ETL tool improvements and implementation strategies.

• Ensure delivery excellence by supporting project scoping and estimation for the Vault R&D product suite, facilitating precise planning and seamless execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of proven experience in large-scale document/content migration (such as ECM systems like Documentum, OpenText, SharePoint, etc.) OR over 5 years in enterprise database migration (in ERP/CRM systems like SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, etc.).

• **At least 3 years of demonstrated success in a customer-facing technical consulting capacity**, showcasing a strong work ethic and dedication to client results.

• **Established capability to advise** and effectively communicate technical strategies across all levels, from technical teams to **senior management and executives**.

• **Practical experience in leading and mentoring** team members, cultivating a 'team first' culture.

• Proficient in **REST APIs, JSON, and XML** for data manipulation and integration.

• **Availability and readiness to travel** up to 20% for client meetings and project requirements.
