Mid/Sr Test Automation Engineer, Playwright

📋 Description

• Create and sustain automated test scripts utilizing Playwright and .NET

• Design and establish robust test automation frameworks

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to outline testing strategies

• Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to detect defects

• Incorporate test automation into CI/CD pipelines

• Diagnose issues, analyze root causes, and recommend enhancements

• Ensure adherence to best practices in automation testing and maintain testing documentation

• Keep abreast of emerging testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in test automation (with automated testing in .NET), focusing on Playwright for over a year

• Proficient in .NET for developing test scripts

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions

• Strong comprehension of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices

• Practical experience in API testing and integration testing

• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git

• Experience using test management tools like JIRA or TestRail

• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher (English is the primary language of communication within the company)
