Mid/Senior Video Artist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Develop high-impact video advertisements customized for diverse digital platforms (including social media and adult sites), focusing on user acquisition and engagement.

• Oversee the editing and post-production phases of marketing videos, ensuring they are visually captivating, emotionally engaging, and optimized for conversions.

• Work collaboratively with marketing and creative teams to formulate concepts and storyboards that align with performance metrics and campaign goals.

• Utilize AI technologies such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and other generative video tools to enhance creative output and streamline production timelines.

• Uphold exceptional standards of visual storytelling while adapting swiftly to feedback and performance-driven iterations.

• Optimize video content across various formats, aspect ratios, and channel-specific best practices.

• Keep abreast of trends in short-form advertising and the adult/adult-adjacent sector to introduce fresh, innovative concepts.

• Ensure all content adheres to platform policies and brand guidelines while pushing the limits of creativity.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in video editing, with a robust portfolio showcasing ads created for paid marketing initiatives.

• In-depth knowledge of storytelling, pacing, motion design, and sound design in performance-oriented creative work.

• Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, etc., in your editing process.

• Proficiency in editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.

• Strong understanding of trends in NSFW/Adult content advertising, especially with pre-roll ads, TikTok-style edits, and rapid performance-driven creative.

• Familiarity with advertising KPIs such as CTR, CR, CPM, and ROAS, along with the ability to optimize creative based on performance insights.

• Excellent communication and collaborative skills (fluent in English).

• Goal-oriented, with a sense of ownership and commitment.

• Proactive mindset – we move quickly and require individuals who can balance execution, planning, and strategy.
