Mid/Senior Video Artist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Develop high-impact video advertisements tailored for a variety of digital platforms (Social Media, Adult sites) with a keen emphasis on user acquisition and engagement.

• Oversee the editing and post-production phases of marketing videos, ensuring they are visually captivating, emotionally impactful, and optimized for conversions.

• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to generate concepts and storyboards that are in line with performance metrics and campaign goals.

• Utilize AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and other generative video technologies to elevate creative outcomes and speed up production timelines.

• Uphold a high standard of visual storytelling while adapting to swift feedback and performance-driven adjustments.

• Optimize video material for various formats, aspect ratios, and channel-specific best practices.

• Keep abreast of trends in short-form advertising and the adult/adult-adjacent sector to introduce fresh, innovative ideas.

• Ensure all content adheres to platform guidelines and brand policies while exploring creative boundaries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in video editing, with a robust portfolio showcasing ads crafted for paid marketing campaigns.

• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, motion design, and sound design in performance-oriented creative work.

• Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, etc., within your editing process.

• Proficient in editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.

• Comprehensive understanding of trends in NSFW/Adult content advertising, especially pre-roll ads, TikTok-style edits, and fast-paced performance creatives.

• Familiarity with advertising KPIs such as CTR, CR, CPM, and ROAS, with the capability to optimize creative content based on performance data.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills (fluent in English).

• Goal-oriented, demonstrating ownership and commitment.

• Action-oriented mindset - we require individuals who can effectively balance execution, planning, and strategy.

• Passionate about speed, performance, and iteration.

• Humble and open to learning, willing to accept feedback.

• Comfortable developing products based on uncensored models and content.

• Previous experience in the adult, dating, or igaming industries is a plus.
