Mid/Senior Video Artist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Develop high-impact video advertisements tailored for a variety of digital platforms (Social Media, Adult sites) with a strong emphasis on user acquisition and engagement.

• Oversee the editing and post-production phases for marketing videos, ensuring they are visually captivating, emotionally resonant, and optimized for conversions.

• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to craft concepts and storyboards that are in line with performance analytics and campaign goals.

• Utilize AI technologies such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and other generative video tools to elevate creative output and expedite production timelines.

• Uphold a high standard of visual storytelling while adapting to rapid feedback and performance-driven changes.

• Optimize video content for various formats, aspect ratios, and channel-specific best practices.

• Keep abreast of trends in short-form advertising and the adult/adult-adjacent sector to introduce fresh, innovative ideas.

• Ensure that all content adheres to platform policies and brand guidelines while pushing creative limits.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in video editing, with a robust portfolio showcasing ads developed for paid marketing campaigns.

• Profound understanding of storytelling, pacing, motion design, and sound design in performance-oriented creativity.

• Demonstrated experience utilizing generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, etc., within your editing processes.

• Proficient in editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.

• Strong awareness of trends in NSFW/Adult content advertising, particularly in pre-roll ads, TikTok-style edits, and rapid performance creatives.

• Familiarity with advertising KPIs such as CTR, CR, CPM, and ROAS, along with the ability to optimize creative based on performance metrics.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (fluent in English).

• Goal-oriented, with a sense of ownership and commitment.

• Passionate about speed, performance, and continual iteration.

• Humble and eager to learn, open to constructive feedback.

• Comfortable developing products based on uncensored models and content.
