Mid/Senior Marketing Video Artist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Develop high-impact video advertisements designed for multiple digital platforms.

• Oversee the editing and post-production phases for promotional videos.

• Work closely with marketing and creative teams to formulate ideas and storyboards.

• Utilize AI technologies to improve creative output and speed up production processes.

• Uphold exceptional standards of visual storytelling while being responsive to quick feedback.

• Adjust video content for different formats and adhere to channel-specific best practices.

• Keep abreast of the latest trends in short-form advertising.

• Ensure all materials align with platform regulations and adhere to brand standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in video editing.

• A robust portfolio showcasing advertisements developed for paid marketing initiatives.

• A comprehensive understanding of storytelling, pacing, motion design, and audio design.

• Demonstrated experience with generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.

• Proficiency in editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.

• Strong knowledge of trends in NSFW/Adult content advertising.

• Familiarity with advertising performance metrics such as CTR, CR, CPM, and ROAS.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities (fluent in English).

• Goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and commitment.

• Open-minded and eager to learn, receptive to constructive feedback.

• Comfortable creating products based on uncensored models and content.
