Mid/Senior Marketing Video Artist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Develop high-impact video advertisements specifically designed for a range of digital platforms (including social media and adult sites) with an emphasis on user acquisition and engagement.

• Oversee the editing and post-production phases of marketing videos, ensuring they are visually captivating, emotionally resonant, and optimized for conversions.

• Collaborate intimately with marketing and creative teams to craft concepts and storyboards that reflect performance data and align with campaign goals.

• Utilize AI technologies such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and other generative video tools to enhance creativity and speed up production schedules.

• Uphold a high standard of visual storytelling while being responsive to rapid feedback and performance-driven adjustments.

• Tailor video content for different formats, aspect ratios, and adhere to channel-specific best practices.

• Stay updated on trends in short-form advertising and the adult/adult-adjacent sector to introduce fresh, innovative ideas.

• Ensure all content adheres to platform guidelines and brand standards while pushing the boundaries of creativity.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in video editing, accompanied by a robust portfolio showcasing ads designed for paid marketing initiatives.

• Profound understanding of storytelling, pacing, motion design, and sound design within a performance-focused creative environment.

• Demonstrated experience in leveraging generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, and Runway in your editing workflow.

• Proficient in editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.

• Strong understanding of trends in NSFW/Adult content advertising, especially regarding pre-roll ads, TikTok-style edits, and fast-paced performance-driven creative.

• Familiarity with advertising metrics such as CTR, CR, CPM, and ROAS, along with the capability to optimize creative outputs based on performance analytics.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (fluent in English).

• Goal-oriented, with a sense of ownership and commitment.

• A proactive mindset - we are moving quickly and require individuals who can balance execution, planning, and strategy.

• Highly focused on speed, performance, and iterative processes.

• Humble and eager to learn, with a willingness to accept feedback.
