Mid/Senior Marketing Video Artist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop high-impact video advertisements tailored for diverse digital platforms (Social Media, Adult sites) with a strong emphasis on user acquisition and engagement.

• Oversee the editing and post-production phases of marketing videos, ensuring they are visually captivating, emotionally engaging, and optimized for conversions.

• Work collaboratively with marketing and creative teams to create concepts and storyboards that are in line with performance metrics and campaign goals.

• Utilize AI technologies such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and other generative video tools to elevate creative output and expedite production schedules.

• Uphold a high standard of visual storytelling while adapting quickly to feedback and iterations based on performance.

• Optimize video content across various formats, aspect ratios, and channel-specific best practices.

• Keep abreast of trends in short-form advertising and the adult/adult-adjacent sectors to introduce innovative and fresh ideas.

• Ensure all content adheres to platform regulations and brand guidelines while pushing the limits of creativity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in video editing, showcasing a robust portfolio of advertisements for paid marketing initiatives.

• Profound understanding of storytelling, pacing, motion design, and sound design within performance-focused creative work.

• Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, etc., as part of your editing process.

• Proficient in editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.

• Strong knowledge of trends in NSFW/Adult content advertising, particularly in pre-roll ads, TikTok-style edits, and fast-paced performance-driven creative.

• Familiarity with advertising KPIs such as CTR, CR, CPM, and ROAS, along with the ability to optimize creative output based on performance analytics.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (fluent in English).

• Goal-oriented with a sense of ownership and commitment.

• Proactive mindset - we are moving quickly and need individuals who can balance execution, planning, and strategy.

• Highly focused on speed, performance, and iterative improvement.

• Humble and open to learning, receptive to feedback.

• #NSFW - Comfortable creating products based on uncensored models and content.

• Previous experience in the adult, dating, or igaming sectors.
