Mid/Senior Marketing Video Artist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Develop high-impact video advertisements designed for diverse digital platforms (Social Media, Adult sites) with a key emphasis on user acquisition and engagement.

• Oversee the editing and post-production phases for marketing videos, ensuring they are visually captivating, emotionally resonant, and optimized for conversions.

• Collaborate effectively with marketing and creative teams to devise concepts and storyboards that are in harmony with performance metrics and campaign goals.

• Utilize AI technologies such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and other generative video tools to elevate creative standards and expedite production timelines.

• Uphold a high caliber of visual storytelling while swiftly adapting to feedback and performance-driven revisions.

• Optimize video content for different formats, aspect ratios, and channel-specific best practices.

• Keep abreast of trends in short-form advertising and the adult/adult-adjacent sectors to introduce fresh and innovative ideas.

• Ensure all content adheres to platform regulations and brand standards while pushing the envelope creatively.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in video editing, accompanied by a robust portfolio of advertisements developed for paid marketing initiatives.

• Profound understanding of storytelling, pacing, motion design, and sound design within performance-oriented creative work.

• Demonstrated proficiency with generative AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, etc., integrated into your editing processes.

• Skilled in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.

• Strong knowledge of trends in NSFW/Adult content advertising, especially regarding pre-roll ads, TikTok-style edits, and fast-paced performance creatives.

• Familiarity with advertising KPIs including CTR, CR, CPM, and ROAS, along with the capability to enhance creative output based on performance analytics.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (fluent in English).

• Goal-oriented with a sense of ownership and dedication.

• A proactive mindset - we operate quickly and require individuals who can blend execution, planning, and strategy effectively.

• Passionate about speed, performance, and iterative improvement.
