Mid/Senior Marketing Video Artist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Develop high-impact video advertisements customized for a range of digital platforms (including Social Media and Adult sites), focusing heavily on user engagement and acquisition.

• Oversee the editing and post-production phases of marketing videos, ensuring they are visually appealing, emotionally engaging, and optimized for conversions.

• Work in close collaboration with marketing and creative teams to create concepts and storyboards that align with performance metrics and campaign goals.

• Utilize AI technologies such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and other generative video tools to enhance creative outputs and expedite production schedules.

• Uphold high standards of visual storytelling while being adaptable to quick feedback and performance-driven iterations.

• Tailor video content for various formats, aspect ratios, and platform-specific best practices.

• Keep abreast of trends in short-form advertising and the adult/adult-adjacent sectors to introduce fresh and innovative ideas.

• Ensure all content adheres to platform policies and brand standards while exploring creative boundaries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in video editing, with a robust portfolio showcasing ads developed for paid marketing initiatives.

• Profound understanding of storytelling, pacing, motion design, and sound design in a performance-focused creative environment.

• Demonstrated experience in incorporating generative AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, etc., into your editing process.

• Expertise in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.

• Strong knowledge of trends in NSFW/Adult content advertising, especially in pre-roll ads, TikTok-style edits, and fast-paced performance-driven creative.

• Familiarity with advertising performance indicators, including CTR, CR, CPM, and ROAS, coupled with the ability to enhance creative based on performance insights.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (fluent in English).

• Goal-oriented, demonstrating ownership and commitment.

• Highly focused on speed, performance, and iterative processes.

• Humble and open to learning, receptive to feedback.

• Comfortable working with uncensored models and content.

• Bonus: Previous experience in the adult, dating, or igaming industries is a plus.
