Mid/Senior Marketing Video Artist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Develop effective video advertisements customized for various digital channels (Social Media, Adult websites) with a strong emphasis on user acquisition and engagement.

• Oversee the editing and post-production stages of marketing videos, ensuring they are visually captivating, emotionally resonant, and optimized for conversions.

• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to generate concepts and storyboards that align with performance metrics and campaign goals.

• Utilize AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and other generative video technologies to boost creative output and streamline production timelines.

• Uphold a high standard of visual storytelling while being adaptable to rapid feedback and performance-based modifications.

• Tailor video content to suit various formats, aspect ratios, and channel-specific best practices.

• Keep abreast of trends in short-form advertising and the adult/adult-adjacent sector to bring innovative ideas to the forefront.

• Ensure all content adheres to platform policies and brand guidelines while pushing the limits of creativity.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in video editing, showcasing a robust portfolio of advertisements created for paid marketing campaigns.

• Comprehensive understanding of storytelling, pacing, motion design, and sound design in performance-oriented creative work.

• Demonstrated experience in incorporating generative AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, etc., into your editing process.

• Proficient in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.

• Strong knowledge of trends in NSFW/Adult content advertising, especially pre-roll ads, TikTok-style edits, and fast-paced performance creatives.

• Familiarity with advertising KPIs such as CTR, CR, CPM, and ROAS, and the ability to enhance creative based on performance analytics.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (fluent in English).

• Goal-oriented with a sense of ownership and commitment.
