Mid/Senior Marketing Video Artist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Develop high-impact video advertisements designed for diverse digital platforms (Social Media, Adult sites) with a keen emphasis on user acquisition and engagement.

• Oversee the editing and post-production stages for marketing videos, ensuring they are visually appealing, emotionally engaging, and optimized for conversions.

• Work in close collaboration with the marketing and creative teams to create concepts and storyboards that are in line with performance metrics and campaign goals.

• Utilize AI technologies such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and other generative video tools to improve creative outcomes and expedite production schedules.

• Uphold a high caliber of visual storytelling while being responsive to quick feedback and performance-driven modifications.

• Adapt video content for different formats, aspect ratios, and best practices specific to various channels.

• Keep abreast of trends in short-form advertising and the adult/adult-adjacent sector to introduce fresh, innovative ideas.

• Ensure all content adheres to platform guidelines and brand standards while pushing the creativity envelope.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in video editing, featuring a robust portfolio of advertisements developed for paid marketing campaigns.

• Profound knowledge of storytelling, pacing, motion design, and sound design in performance-oriented creative work.

• Demonstrated experience with generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, etc., integrated into your editing workflow.

• Expertise in editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.

• Strong understanding of trends in NSFW/Adult content advertising, especially pre-roll ads, TikTok-style edits, and fast-paced performance creative.

• Familiarity with advertising key performance indicators such as CTR, CR, CPM, and ROAS, with the ability to optimize creative based on performance insights.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities (fluent in English).

• Goal-oriented with a sense of ownership and commitment.
