Mid/Senior Full Stack Developer – React, .NET MAUI, AWS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain web applications utilizing React and contemporary frontend development methodologies.

• Design, create, and uphold cross-platform mobile applications with .NET MAUI, C#, and XAML.

• Develop and integrate backend services and APIs leveraging .NET and C#.

• Engage with AWS cloud services, encompassing application deployment and supporting infrastructure.

• Utilize AWS Elastic Beanstalk, S3, and Amplify for hosting, storage, deployment, and cloud workflows.

• Work with Microsoft SQL Server, including queries, stored procedures, database integration, and troubleshooting.

• Construct clean, maintainable, testable, and scalable code across web, mobile, and backend applications.

• Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and resolving technical challenges.

• Adhere to Git-based version control and CI/CD workflows.

• Deploy and maintain applications on Android and iOS platforms.

• Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Take ownership of assigned features throughout development, testing, and deployment phases.

• Proactively communicate progress, technical challenges, risks, and recommendations.

• Contribute to discussions regarding architecture and enhancements to development processes and practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional software development experience.

• Demonstrated ownership of production applications or key features across web, mobile, backend, and cloud environments.

• Extensive hands-on experience with React, production web applications, REST API integration, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive design.

• Strong hands-on expertise with .NET MAUI, C#, and XAML, including MVVM, dependency injection, cross-platform development, local storage, APIs, third-party integrations, debugging, and Android/iOS deployment.

• Proficient in .NET/C# and modern .NET/ASP.NET Core RESTful APIs.

• Production experience with AWS, especially Elastic Beanstalk, S3, and Amplify, covering deployment, configuration, cloud architecture, and troubleshooting.

• Solid experience with Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), SQL queries, stored procedures, views, database integration, and troubleshooting.

• Strong working knowledge of Git, including branching, pull requests, code reviews, and collaborative workflows.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and application release processes.

• Comprehensive understanding of clean code, SOLID principles, object-oriented programming, design patterns, testing, debugging, API integration, application architecture, code reviews, and technical documentation.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration abilities.

• Capacity to work independently and effectively within a small, agile team.

• Legally authorized to work in the Philippines.

• Preferred experience collaborating with remote/distributed teams and directly with US-based clients, founders, product owners, or other non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with Xamarin, particularly migration to .NET MAUI, is a plus.

• Knowledge of JWT, OAuth, or OIDC is advantageous.

• Familiarity with additional Microsoft or cloud technologies is a plus.
