Mid/Senior Frontend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design and implement intricate, scalable frontend systems.

• Collaborate with Product Managers to jointly develop requirements and define project scope.

• Lead technical decision-making for features of medium to large scope.

• Provide mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and collaborative programming.

• Assume responsibility for the frontend stack and drive initiatives to resolve bottlenecks.

• Promote best practices in React, TypeScript, and web performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on modern JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.

• Demonstrated ability to design complex state management solutions.

• Experience in enhancing the skills of colleagues.

• Proficiency in creating robust and efficient unit and integration tests using frameworks such as Jest or Playwright.

• In-depth knowledge of web performance, browser internals, and optimization strategies for data-intensive applications.

• Possess a "Product Owner" mindset.
