Mid/Senior AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement production ML and LLM-based systems (RAG, agentic workflows, fine-tuning, embeddings) for enterprise clients.

• Take ownership of the technical delivery process from architecture and prototyping to deployment, monitoring, and iteration.

• Collaborate directly with client engineering and product teams to convert business requirements into defined, deliverable technical solutions.

• Guide and mentor fellow ML engineers on the team through code reviews, technical advice, and knowledge sharing.

• Contribute to the establishment of internal best practices, tools, and technical standards as the team expands.

• Represent TensorOps in a technical capacity during client discussions, workshops, and (optionally) at industry conferences.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Machine Learning, AI Engineering, or a related field (Mid-level) / 5+ years for Senior positions.

• Proficient in Python, capable of writing clean, efficient, well-documented, production-ready code.

• Demonstrated experience in independently designing, training, optimizing, and deploying ML models (e.g., using PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).

• Experience in developing GenAI & LLM systems: RAG pipelines, chatbot frameworks, and applications utilizing tools such as LangChain.

• Knowledge of MLOps and production ML practices: model versioning, monitoring, CI/CD for ML workflows.

• Expertise in deploying and scaling ML systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Strong skills in performance optimization and debugging (diagnosing complex issues and enhancing system reliability and efficiency).

• Experience with stakeholder or client interactions is advantageous.
