📋 Description

• Develop scripts in alignment with current production requirements

• Produce narrative-focused, long-form video content, including stylized and explicit NSFW visuals

• Oversee and manage the complete AI video production process

• Leverage tools such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and other AI video platforms

• Establish and uphold consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity throughout extended narratives

• Incorporate motion graphic design and color correction to achieve cohesive final outputs

• Rapidly experiment with new AI models, tools, and techniques

• Collaborate with your Content Lead’s creative vision while retaining a significant level of independence

• Continuously enhance workflows for improved efficiency, scalability, and output quality

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art

• Practical experience with the latest AI video tools and models

• Strong understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines

• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software

• Solid knowledge of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language

• Capability to maintain character and scene consistency across sequences in AI-generated content

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (fluent in English)

• High level of ownership — able to independently take ideas from concept to completion

• Experimental mindset — comfortable with navigating ambiguity and evolving tools

• Quick iteration cycles — able to test, fail, refine, and improve swiftly

• Inquisitive and self-motivated — consistently exploring new AI capabilities and workflows

• Comfortable working with uncensored models and explicit adult content.
