📋 Description

• Develop scripts that align with current production requirements, focusing on our proprietary AI characters.

• Produce narrative-centric, longform video content, featuring both stylized and explicit NSFW visuals, emphasizing storytelling, ambiance, and visual consistency.

• Take full ownership of AI video production processes, overseeing everything from ideation and prompting to generation, editing, and post-production.

• Collaborate extensively with ComfyUI pipelines, crafting, customizing, and optimizing node-based workflows for image and video creation.

• Leverage tools such as Stable Diffusion (AUTOMATIC1111), ComfyUI, Runway, and other AI video platforms to generate high-quality visual sequences.

• Ensure consistent character aesthetics, style, and scene continuity across extended narratives by applying advanced techniques.

• Integrate motion graphic design and color correction to produce unified final outputs.

• Rapidly experiment with new AI models, tools, and techniques, integrating them into production workflows and sharing knowledge with the team.

• Collaborate with your Content Lead to align with their creative vision while exercising a high level of independence in execution and technical choices.

• Continuously enhance workflows for better efficiency, scalability, and output quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art, showcasing a robust portfolio (AI-driven video work is essential).

• Demonstrated expertise with ComfyUI (required), including the construction and management of intricate node-based workflows.

• Strong command of Stable Diffusion / AUTOMATIC1111 and associated tools (Advanced prompting, working with trained LoRAs, refining, upscaling, inpainting, etc.).

• Practical experience with the latest AI video tools and models (e.g., Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and other emerging options).

• Solid comprehension of AI image/video generation pipelines, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing.

• Familiarity with traditional tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar for final assembly and enhancement.

• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language.

• Ability to sustain character and scene consistency across sequences in AI-generated content.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (fluent in English).

• High level of ownership — capable of taking ideas from concept to completion independently.

• Experimental mindset — comfortable navigating uncertainty and adapting to evolving tools.

• Quick iteration cycles — able to test, fail, refine, and improve rapidly.

• Curious and self-motivated — consistently exploring new AI capabilities and workflows.
