Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor

📋 Description

• Develop scripts based on current production requirements, focusing on existing AI characters (our proprietary IPs).

• Produce narrative-driven, long-form video content, incorporating stylized and explicit NSFW visuals, with a strong emphasis on storytelling, atmosphere, and visual coherence throughout.

• Oversee and manage the complete AI video production workflow, from ideation and prompting through to generation, editing, and post-production.

• Collaborate extensively with ComfyUI pipelines, constructing, customizing, and optimizing node-based workflows for image and video production.

• Leverage tools such as Stable Diffusion (AUTOMATIC1111), ComfyUI, Runway, and other AI video platforms to create high-quality visual sequences.

• Establish and maintain a consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity throughout extended narratives using advanced techniques.

• Incorporate motion graphic design and color correction to produce cohesive final outputs.

• Experiment quickly with new AI models, tools, and techniques, integrating them into production workflows and sharing knowledge with the team.

• Align with the creative direction set by your Content Lead while retaining a significant degree of autonomy in execution and technical decision-making.

• Continuously enhance workflows for improved efficiency, scalability, and output quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art, along with a strong portfolio (experience in AI-driven video work is essential).

• Demonstrated experience with ComfyUI (mandatory), including the ability to build and manage complex node-based workflows.

• Strong proficiency in Stable Diffusion / AUTOMATIC1111 and related tools (including advanced prompting, working with trained LoRAs, refining, upscaling, inpainting, etc.).

• Practical experience with the latest AI video tools and models (e.g., Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and other emerging options).

• Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines, covering prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing.

• Experience with traditional tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar for final assembly and refinement.

• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language.

• Ability to ensure character and scene consistency across sequences in AI-generated content.
