📋 Description

• Develop scripts tailored to current production requirements, focusing on our proprietary AI characters.

• Produce narrative-driven, long-form video content featuring both stylized and explicit NSFW visuals, emphasizing storytelling, atmosphere, and visual consistency.

• Oversee and manage the complete AI video production process, from ideation and prompting through to generation, editing, and post-production.

• Collaborate extensively with ComfyUI pipelines, designing, customizing, and optimizing node-based workflows for image and video production.

• Employ tools such as Stable Diffusion (AUTOMATIC1111), ComfyUI, Runway, and other AI video platforms to create high-quality visual sequences.

• Ensure consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity across longer narratives utilizing advanced techniques.

• Incorporate motion graphic design and color correction to produce cohesive final outputs.

• Rapidly experiment with new AI models, tools, and techniques, integrating them into production workflows and sharing knowledge with the team.

• Collaborate with your Content Lead on creative direction while exercising a high level of autonomy in execution and technical decisions.

• Continuously enhance workflows for improved efficiency, scalability, and output quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6+ years in video production, VFX, or digital art, with a robust portfolio (experience in AI-driven video work is essential).

• Demonstrated expertise with ComfyUI (required), including the creation and management of complex node-based workflows.

• High proficiency in Stable Diffusion / AUTOMATIC1111 and related tools (Advanced prompting, working with trained LoRAs, refining, upscaling, inpainting, etc.).

• Practical experience with the latest AI video tools and models (e.g., Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and other emerging options).

• Strong understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines, encompassing prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing.

• Familiarity with traditional tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar for final assembly and refinement.

• Solid grasp of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language.

• Ability to ensure character and scene consistency across sequences in AI-generated content.
