📋 Description

• Develop scripts that align with current production requirements, focusing on our proprietary AI characters (intellectual properties).

• Produce narrative-focused, long-form video content that includes stylized and explicit NSFW visuals, emphasizing storytelling, atmosphere, and visual consistency.

• Oversee and manage the entire AI video production process, from ideation and prompting to generation, editing, and post-production.

• Collaborate extensively with ComfyUI pipelines, crafting, customizing, and optimizing node-based workflows for both image and video production.

• Employ tools such as Stable Diffusion (AUTOMATIC1111), ComfyUI, Runway, and other AI video platforms to create high-quality visual sequences.

• Establish and uphold consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity throughout longer narratives by utilizing advanced techniques.

• Incorporate motion graphic design and color correction to ensure cohesive final outputs.

• Rapidly experiment with new AI models, tools, and techniques, integrating them into production workflows and sharing expertise with the team.

• Work in alignment with your Content Lead's creative vision while maintaining a significant level of autonomy in execution and technical decision-making.

• Continuously enhance workflows for improved efficiency, scalability, and output quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art, supported by a strong portfolio (experience with AI-driven video work is essential).

• Demonstrated proficiency with ComfyUI (required), including the ability to build and manage complex node-based workflows.

• Strong expertise in Stable Diffusion / AUTOMATIC1111 and associated tools (advanced prompting, working with trained LoRAs, refining, upscaling, inpainting, etc.).

• Practical experience with the latest AI video tools and models (e.g., Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and similar emerging technologies).

• Comprehensive understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines, encompassing prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing.

• Familiarity with traditional tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar for final assembly and refinement.

• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language.

• Capability to maintain character and scene consistency across sequences in AI-generated content.
