📋 Description

• Develop scripts tailored to current production requirements, focusing on our proprietary AI characters.

• Produce narrative-driven, long-form video content that includes stylized and explicit NSFW visuals, emphasizing storytelling, atmosphere, and visual coherence.

• Oversee and manage comprehensive AI video production processes, from ideation and prompting through to generation, editing, and post-production.

• Collaborate extensively with ComfyUI pipelines, crafting, customizing, and optimizing node-based workflows for both image and video generation.

• Employ tools such as Stable Diffusion (AUTOMATIC1111), ComfyUI, Runway, and other AI video platforms to create high-quality visual sequences.

• Establish and ensure consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity across extended narratives by utilizing advanced techniques.

• Incorporate motion graphic design and color correction to produce cohesive final outputs.

• Rapidly experiment with new AI models, tools, and techniques, integrating them into production workflows and sharing knowledge with the team.

• Collaborate with your Content Lead to align with their creative vision while exercising a high degree of autonomy in execution and technical decision-making.

• Continuously enhance workflows for greater efficiency, scalability, and output quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art, with a robust portfolio (AI-driven video work is essential).

• Demonstrated expertise with ComfyUI (mandatory), including the creation and management of complex node-based workflows.

• Strong proficiency in Stable Diffusion / AUTOMATIC1111 and associated tools (Advanced prompting, working with trained LoRAs, refining, upscaling, inpainting, etc.).

• Practical experience with the latest AI video tools and models (e.g., Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and other emerging options).

• Comprehensive understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing.

• Experience with traditional software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar for final assembly and polish.

• Strong knowledge of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language.

• Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across sequences in AI-generated content.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (fluent in English).

• High level of ownership — capable of taking ideas from concept to completion independently.

• Experimental mindset — comfortable navigating uncertainty and adapting to evolving tools.

• Quick iteration cycles — able to test, fail, refine, and improve rapidly.

• Curious and self-motivated — consistently exploring new AI capabilities and workflows.

• Comfortable working with uncensored models and explicit adult content.
