Middleware Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical assistance and conduct preventive as well as corrective maintenance in middleware environments such as ODI, WebLogic, Oracle iAS, IIS, and JBoss.

• Oversee the availability, performance, and overall health of application and integration servers.

• Analyze and resolve incidents related to integration failures, deployments, queues, connectivity issues, and environment configurations.

• Carry out application deployments and updates in both homologation (staging) and production environments.

• Investigate logs, threads, memory, and performance challenges on application servers.

• Set up and manage data sources, connection pools, certificates, and security settings.

• Work collaboratively with development, infrastructure, and database teams to address problems.

• Record technical procedures, incidents, and the solutions applied.

• Engage in ticket-handling processes within defined SLAs.

• Suggest ongoing enhancements in performance, security, and automation for the environments you oversee.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in supporting and managing middleware environments.

• Technical expertise in at least one of the following technologies, with a preference for knowledge in multiple: ODI (Oracle Data Integrator), Oracle WebLogic Server, Oracle iAS, IIS (Internet Information Services), JBoss/WildFly.

• Familiarity with Windows Server and/or Linux operating systems.

• Completed Bachelor's degree.
