Middle School Tutor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to students with their homework in subjects such as math (up to algebra 2), reading/writing, and general homework support along with organizational skills.

• Monitor grades and school portals with students to ensure they remain on track.

• Serve as a mentor and role model to the students you tutor, guiding them toward academic achievement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in tutoring most middle school and early high school subjects, including math (algebra 1, geometry, or algebra 2), science (physical science or higher), reading/writing, and history.

• A minimum GPA of 3.5 is required.

• Demonstrated good study habits and organizational skills, as reflected in college transcripts.

• Prior tutoring experience is preferred but not mandatory!

• Current enrollment in college is not a prerequisite for our tutoring roles.

• Must be capable of working effectively in a virtual setting and have access to a clean, professional backdrop for online sessions.
