Middle School Instructional Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Facilitate student learning and support teacher practices in a virtual PBL classroom.

• Create and execute professional development opportunities for educators.

• Demonstrate effective and differentiated instructional strategies.

• Observe classroom instruction and offer constructive feedback.

• Aid in aligning teaching methods with effective practices and student performance data.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Education.

• A minimum of five (5) years of successful teaching experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Capability to pass necessary background checks.

• Experience in designing and providing high-quality professional development for teachers and administrators.

• Prior coaching or leadership experience.

• Proven understanding of curriculum frameworks and standards.

• Familiarity with research-based instructional practices for effective learning.

• Strong skills in presentation, facilitation, and organization.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web conferencing platforms.
