This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Oversee the complete post-production workflow from graphic design to the final stages of video editing and sound mixing.
• Craft compelling advertisement creatives utilizing both AI applications (such as Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Kaiber, etc.) and traditional Adobe software.
• Produce motion graphics, animations, intros/outros, captions, and branded visual elements tailored for videos.
• Edit promotional, content, and social media videos with a focus on color grading, sound quality, and pacing.
• Work collaboratively with content producers, marketing, and design teams to realize creative concepts.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative visual ideas for campaigns and content.
• Prepare final video assets for publication, including rendering, formatting for various platforms, and ensuring quality control.
• Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the entire post-production process, including graphics, editing, color correction, and audio.
• Proven experience in creating motion graphics and animation.
• Familiarity with AI-driven video tools such as Runway, Pika, Kaiber, etc.
• Strong understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and animation techniques.
• Creativity paired with the ability to adjust visual styles to align with the brand’s voice.
• A keen aesthetic sense, particularly for lifestyle, beauty, and fashion-related content.
• Remote-first work environment with access to Genesis offices located in Kyiv, Warsaw, and Lisbon (coworking spaces).
