Middle Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Creation of animated 2D videos for advertising creatives that will set us apart from competitors.

• Editing performance videos from scratch, working with sound and editing dramaturgy.

• Working with AI-generated materials: videos, images, avatars, sound, and subtitles.

• Developing variations to scale successful creatives and finding new creative angles.

• Analyzing competitors and identifying strong visual solutions.

• Evaluating the results of own creatives and drawing conclusions for future iterations.

• Close collaboration with creative marketers, participating in idea discussions and brainstorming sessions.

• Involvement in automation, creating templates, scripts, and enhancing production processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of commercial or freelance experience as a Motion Designer, preferably in performance marketing, mobile apps, or creative production.

• Proficient in After Effects (expressions, tracking, 3D space + camera).

• Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.

• Active use of AI tools in work and understanding of the fundamentals of prompt engineering.

• A portfolio showcasing motion and video works.

• Understanding of the basics of composition, typography, color theory, editing, and framing.

• English proficiency at B1+ level or higher.
