This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Identify, solicit, cultivate, manage, service, retain, and enhance long-term profitable middle market relationships within the designated region.
• Provide loan, deposit, Capital Markets, Treasury, Risk Management, and various fee-based services to clients with annual sales ranging from $75MM to $500MM.
• Utilize CCB Industry & Advisory teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Direct business and personal financial needs through the appropriate channels in accordance with Integrated Relationship Management principles.
• Implement the Truist Sales Process, Financial Insights, Industry & Advisory team, and Leadership Institute during interactions with clients, prospects, and centers of influence.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new relationships while expanding existing ones.
• Foster portfolio revenue growth alongside new production revenue.
• Participate in credit decision-making processes, including financial statement evaluation, credit structuring, underwriting, policy comprehension, and risk mitigation.
• Actively build client relationships and identify both business and personal financial needs.
• Promote non-credit financial services and pursue fee-based revenue opportunities.
• Oversee large and intricate corporate relationships.
• Fulfill risk, operational, policy, and quality standards for the assigned portfolio.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant training.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in commercial banking.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication abilities.
• Capability to manage client relationships involving borrowing clients with total debt exceeding $10,000,000.
• Highly skilled and knowledgeable in corporate finance, Capital Markets, Treasury, and other non-credit services.
• Proficiency in understanding complex credits and demonstrating financial insights.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven proficiency in essential computer applications, including Microsoft Office software products.
• Fluency in the English language is required.
