Middle Implementation Consultant – B2B Client Onboarding, Fluent English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive implementation projects, serving as the main contact from the point-of-sale to a fully functional, live product, ensuring a seamless experience for clients;

• Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to gain insights into clients' procurement and financial procedures, translating business needs into tailored, optimized product workflows;

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and technical alignment, assisting clients with data mapping, validation, and the migration of vendor lists, budgets, item catalogs, and other essential business data into the platform;

• Keep both internal teams and client stakeholders aligned with strict deadlines, effectively managing risks and resolving technical dependencies;

• Facilitate impactful interactive workshops and onboarding sprints for key client stakeholders, empowering them to use the platform autonomously;

• Develop tactical, well-structured enablement resources (deployment playbooks, configuration guides, short video workflows) to standardize the implementation process;

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and QA teams to escalate technical obstacles and convert client feedback into actionable product enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS Implementation, Onboarding, Project Management, Customer Success, or a comparable customer-facing role;

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customer implementation projects concurrently while maintaining control over deadlines, stakeholders, and project scope;

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to confidently lead business meetings and negotiations;

• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, capable of organizing, validating, and analyzing business metrics and data;

• Familiarity with configuring complex B2B SaaS products, ERP, CRM, or similar business systems;

• Exceptional change management skills with the capacity to address user resistance, simplify complex system logic, and guide corporate clients through process transformations;

• A customer-focused, proactive, and highly organized approach with outstanding presentation, communication, and relationship-building abilities;

• An innate curiosity and problem-solving mindset, skilled at reverse-engineering technical issues and effectively collaborating with engineering teams to resolve complex implementation challenges involving APIs and integrations;

• Ability to guide clients through organizational and process changes, simplify intricate product logic, and serve as a trusted implementation advisor.
