Middle Full Stack Developer, Pharmaceutical Domain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create well-structured technical solutions and write reliable code.

• Develop new features and components.

• Refactor, debug, and maintain existing software.

• Engage in peer code reviews and adhere to engineering best practices.

• Conduct unit and integration testing.

• Analyze requirements and draft detailed feature designs.

• Produce technical documentation.

• Take part in conference calls and in-person meetings with the Customer.

• Contribute to SAFe estimation, grooming, and planning sessions.

• Collaborate with distributed engineering teams and Customer representatives.

• Build and maintain a web platform for uploading, storing, visualizing, and analyzing pharmaceutical research models.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial software development.

• Strong practical experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React.

• Proven experience in production environments using Next.js.

• Good familiarity with Node.js and NestJS.

• Strong grasp of scalable API design principles.

• Experience with PostgreSQL databases.

• Practical knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience with NATS.io or similar event-streaming technologies.

• Experience integrating Keycloak or comparable IAM/SSO solutions.

• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.

• Experience in building and integrating RESTful APIs.

• Understanding of application security best practices.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.

• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences projects is advantageous.

• Familiarity with scientific or computational platforms is a plus.

• Knowledge of Python and R for scientific computing workflows is beneficial.

• Experience with regulatory or compliance-sensitive systems is a plus.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms and distributed systems is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in Agile/SAFe environments.
